Primary Responsibilities

As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • In-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps: You'll dive deep into our products, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and technical nuances.
  • Collaboration with technical teams: You'll work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and drive process improvements.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: You'll analyze technical logs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects.
  • Effective communication: You'll explain technical processes and solutions to less-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

  • Banking live-chat experience: You'll have a solid understanding of the banking industry and live-chat support processes.
  • Technical support experience: You'll have a proven track record of providing effective technical support, resolving complex issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Dialogflow experience: You'll have hands-on experience with Dialogflow, a popular platform for building conversational interfaces.
  • Mobile platform experience: You'll have experience with various mobile phone platforms, including iOS and Android.
