The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers across various digital platforms. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Address support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction levels by following up with customers and gathering feedback

What You'll Need:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Close attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
