Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and concise information to resolve customer issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with arenaflex's services and offerings

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week
