Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
