Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus.
