Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Chat Operators to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a gaming enthusiast with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
  • Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Utilize gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Idaho

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming platforms and communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred)
  • Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming platforms and communities
