Role Overview

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You'll work closely with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll be well-equipped to handle a wide range of customer interactions and common questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer messages in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries

  • Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and other related issues
  • Collaborate with the chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connection + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States
