Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Provider Data Maintenance

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex transactions. As a key member of our team, you'll work with other departments to ensure our members receive high-quality Provider data. Key Responsibilities:

* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions

• Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
• Works with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
• Develops and implements data management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzes data trends and provides insights to inform business decisions
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data management

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases

• More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or service
• Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
• Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
• A track record of success that prioritizes work and demonstrates a commitment to excellence
• Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
• Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year

• Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable
