Job Summary

As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed trip information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working closely with other internal departments to address real-time issues. Primary Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring that our members receive timely and reliable transportation
  • Confirming member eligibility and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services and providing clear and concise information
  • Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs and providing support and resources as needed
  • Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate teams
  • Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and ensure seamless communication
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Education and Experience

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess excellent communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology

Skills and Competencies

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone
  • Positive and helpful attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology, with a willingness to learn and grow

Job Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible shifts to include overnights and weekends, with a willingness to work a variety of schedules

What You'll Need if Working Remotely

• Well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction

  • Notebook or Desktop computer, with minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available
  • High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
