Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our National Campaigns Unit, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to public companies, helping them navigate complex shareholder communications. You'll work with internal clients, such as Computershare and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to educate shareholders about the importance of accurate information and direct them to reliable sources for voting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to public companies, helping them navigate complex shareholder communications
- Work with internal clients, such as Computershare and Georgeson, to deliver high-quality shareholder communications
- Respond to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries from shareholders, providing accurate and timely information
- Educate shareholders about the importance of accurate information and direct them to reliable sources for voting
- Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless communication
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
- Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, FULLY REMOTE environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting processes
- Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping software
Equipment Requirements
* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)
- Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
- Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required
- Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
- Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
