Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place an order and close the sale directly on the chat. You'll also be sending invoices using our company's system, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process. Here are some key responsibilities of the job:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and understanding their needs
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Join a Q&A group and have mentors to help you achieve your goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales and customer interactions
