Job Summary
As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth, executing promotions, and building strong relationships with customers. You'll work closely with our retail sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory levels, and maintain backrooms. Key Responsibilities
* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and increase customer engagement
- Secure placement of equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
- Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal store displays
- Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
- Support the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the company
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service; experience in the beverage industry a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with sales software and technology, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and market trends
- Experience with inventory management and backroom organization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
