This role is part of the Customer Service team within the arenaflex organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to arenaflex customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. What You'll Do

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product offerings

What You'll Need for Success

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
