Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by:

  • Understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions to our customers
  • Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service
  • Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to our customers

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
