Job Summary
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes, interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational performance
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes
- Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
- Experience with process mapping, flowcharting, and other process improvement tools
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Experience with data analysis and metrics reporting
- Certification in process improvement or quality assurance (e.g. Six Sigma, CQA)
