Key Responsibilities

As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality software experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dashboard Developer: Visualize key metrics and development progress towards goals using advanced analytics tools and techniques.
• Analyst: Provide perception and visualization expertise for a mature team of Data Scientists and Engineers, helping to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Iterative Dashboard Layout: Collaborate with teams to design and develop dashboards, gather feedback, and refine products to meet evolving needs.
• Characterize the Current State of the Workflow: Profile complex systems, document them, and identify areas for improvement.
• Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Change Agent: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into wins, driving business outcomes and growth.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.

• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Tableau developer skills.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery.

• Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport.
• Product ownership skills, with experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics.
• Project management skills, with experience planning and leading efforts across cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience

* B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

• Additional experience in workflow analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence.
