Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Classifying and organizing data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Performing searches on websites for information
- Auditing reports and sheets of data
- Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
- Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry and processing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools
- Expertise in computer research and data entry
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and best practices
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and database management
