Job Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient processing of medical claims
  • Conducting thorough word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
  • Adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements

Work Schedule and Training:

This is a full-time opportunity with a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (8-hour shifts)
  • Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (8-hour shifts)

You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role, which will take place Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm for approximately 2-3 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits:

As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $16.20. In addition to your salary, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
