Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
