As a Partner Item Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI client overhauling items, working closely with the item group, information researchers, specialists, and business partners to drive the discovery and execution of advanced chatbot capabilities.

Responsibilities
As a Partner Item Director on our Computerization Development team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the acquisition and integration of continuous item discovery efforts and defining item requirements that drive opportunities to elevate the customer experience
- Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Collaborating with engineers, information researchers, and item directors across various value streams to deliver items that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
- Working with the core item group to define client stories, guide item definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
- Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience
- Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the item and developing clear data-driven item recommendations
- Maintaining and refining the item portfolio, planning client stories to the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
- Supporting the definition and creation of the item strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive to innovate and improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
