Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records access to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our customers' enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to find creative solutions to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Study and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Resolve discrepancies and errors in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions to complex issues
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems
• Reconcile eligibility records between systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and guidelines

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
