Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Relaying information to clinicians to facilitate effective care
• Providing empathetic and professional support to callers, even in challenging situations
• Enhancing customer care skills through ongoing training and support
• Working collaboratively with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless communication
• Processing calls efficiently, even during high-volume periods
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
• Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
• Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
• A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
