Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analysis Manager to join our arenaflex AppleCare Support team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency through data-driven insights. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with timely and actionable insights
- Communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data science
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or master's degree in a related field (MS)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience with SQL and Tableau
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Python or R programming languages
- Experience with Apple's products and services a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or D3.js
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in business analysis or data science (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Certified Data Scientist)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
