Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

We're now seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting with potential clients and providing them with exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying potential clients who meet our criteria
  • Multitasking and utilizing multiple windows to view client information and respond to their needs
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage client interactions and follow scripts
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality
  • Assisting with other projects as needed and contributing to the growth and success of our team
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions
  • A competitive spirit, with a desire to work as part of a team and earn commissions and bonuses based on performance
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in phone sales/customer service
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues or work independently to resolve problems

  • You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
  • You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups, until you're connected with a viable caller
  • You're unable to use problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions
  • You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) or commit to a full-time schedule
  • You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
