What to Expect
As an Experienced Customer Sales Executive for Amazon Protein at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to manage the eCommerce P&L for a leading portfolio, including Amazon.com and other platforms. You will collaborate with multiple functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives, working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital commerce environment. You will also have the chance to influence and educate on the strategic importance of eCommerce within the organization, and to drive long-term strategic growth through negotiations and discussions with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership, aligning sales forecasts and ensuring adequate brand support
- Collaborate with Protein leadership to drive business objectives and ensure effective brand support
- Lead negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, leveraging data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies
- Oversee relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content and drive business results
- Utilize data and insights to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize business performance
What is Required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
- Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to manage P&Ls and drive business results
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities

- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
- Strong knowledge of digital customers, media, and eCommerce merchandising, with a proven ability to drive business results
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with a focus on business strategy, marketing, or finance
- Proven leadership skills, with a positive attitude and high energy
