As a key member of our arenaflex family, you'll be responsible for receiving calls, categorizing them, recording abusive and extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
• Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided
• Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Technical Skills: Proficient in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment, including data entry skills, keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or related field
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Typing Speed: Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process

To qualify for this virtual/remote work from home position, you'll need to have:

• A quiet and distraction-free place in your home to work at a desk/table
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
• Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication

Training and Support

Our self-directed training program allows you to read materials and complete training modules at your own pace, with periodic meetings with your supervisor to discuss your progress, address any questions, and receive guidance.
