Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring that our drivers are properly onboarded and activated. Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Review Applications and Documents: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
• Conduct Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
• Communicate with Drivers: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
• Order Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.

Experience

While we don't require specific experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service, we do prefer candidates with:

• Associate's degree or above: An associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail: The ability to review documents and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Self-motivation and independence: The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with drivers and other team members via text, chat, and email.
• Comfort with technology: The ability to navigate smartphone applications and web-based applications with ease.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
