Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, handling a high volume of calls from patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patients' questions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with patients to resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
- Utilize computer systems to access patient information, update records, and process transactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
