The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract basis (30-40 hours a week). As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team to resolve them
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

What We're Looking For

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to users. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
- Aptitude for Learning: We'll provide you with the training and resources you need to succeed in this role. However, we're looking for someone who's eager to learn, adapt, and grow with our team.
- Technical Savvy: While coding knowledge is not required, we're looking for someone who's technically savvy and comfortable using a range of software tools, including Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk.
