Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. As an Information Investigator II, you'll be responsible for building a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data, supporting the coordination of high-speed projects, and working with various data systems to provide specialized analysis and reports.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data connected with our internal groups and functional partners

• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with different data systems and convey specialized analysis and reports to help business needs, research, emergency, and resolve metrics-based issues
• Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Work with Data Architects and system architects to help documentation and executions of data set plans
• Construct vital dynamic structures and compose scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields

• Four-year college education in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Solid math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership
• Successful collaboration and time management abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding written and oral communication skills
• A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques
