Job Summary
As a Virtual Assistant for arenaflex Brazil operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our senior leaders and teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events and travel plans, and managing schedules and meetings. Your excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams, including: + Coordinating events, travel plans, and meetings + Managing schedules and calendars + Preparing and distributing meeting materials and reports + Handling contract signature process management
- Assist with onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including:
+ Business lead and call monitoring + Equipment and access support + Providing additional support for managerial tasks
- Support key HR reporting and complex presentations
- Manage schedule activities and coordination, including:
+ Conference planning and execution + Specialized planned operations + Saving offices and catering services + Meeting material and plan preparation
- Offer extra support to senior leaders on managerial tasks
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives and goals
Essential Qualifications
* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Managerial support experience in a large organization
- Experience working with senior leaders and teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Salesforce)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
