We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing your workload independently, and working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support ticket handling. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Managing your workload independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely support ticket handling
- Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

- Native U.S. English speaker
