Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our ACS Asset Arranging team. As a Sr. Examiner, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization. Your expertise will help us identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to senior leaders and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will challenge your skills and expertise. Some examples of tasks you may be responsible for include:

• Developing predictive models and analytics to proactively identify ACS setting up needs and collaborate with cross-functional ACS divisions
• Investigating asset utilization and identifying more efficient or effective arrangements
• Reporting on the execution of asset arranging drives and providing insights for future improvements
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ACS asset arranging
• Conducting data analysis and developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from senior leaders
• Supporting process improvement and project management initiatives for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
• Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serving as an internal subject matter expert to partners and providing insights to drive results
• Maintaining a focus on safety and security, both for yourself and others

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform well under pressure
• The ability to influence without authority and work in a matrixed environment
• Experience with MS Office required
• A commitment to maintaining the safety and security of yourself, others, and individual data

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
