Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment

  • Experience with live chat tools and CRM software
