Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving complaints and providing solutions
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for every customer interaction

Requirements:
* Location: Must reside in the United States, with a preference for applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, 18 years of age, and flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Equipment and Internet Requirements: Must have a:
+ 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Noise/distraction-free home office environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
