Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, allowing you to balance work with your personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Provide product and service information, answering questions and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Healthcare or pharmacy background
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
