Job Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries
- Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement
- Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Providing problem resolution through effective communication via phone and email
- Collaborating on projects of limited scope and complexity, following set procedures, and working under supervision
