Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Packaging Strategy and Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, identify and resolve data discrepancies, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms, including but not limited to: + Packaging strategy and operations data + Product information management (PIM) data + Supply chain management data + Inventory management data

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including packaging strategy, operations, supply chain, and inventory management, to ensure seamless data flow and process improvements
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity, reducing manual errors and increasing data accuracy
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve data management and process efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or data analytics

• 4+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and data management software, such as Excel or Access
