What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Triage, respond to, and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and provide guidance on Elation EHR, Elation Billing, and Patient Passport applications via email, chat, phone, and screen share
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Build expertise in all Elation products and maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating strong empathy in customer interactions to build trust and loyalty
What We Require (Essential Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to demonstrate empathy when working with customers to build trust and loyalty
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
