Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers across the globe
  • Navigating complex healthcare-related issues, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
  • Providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Managing a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
  • High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)
  • A successful completion of a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and software
  • Knowledge of healthcare-related terminology and concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
