Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection policies
  • Entering customer and account data into our digital databases, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Compiling, verifying, and organizing information to prepare it for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for errors or deficiencies, correcting incompatibilities when possible, and checking the final output
  • Researching and gathering additional information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
  • Proficiency in touch typing and database management tools
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks
