Experienced Full Stack Sales Professional – Social Media Chat Sales Representative

The Role

As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Starting new conversations (2 hours)
• Follow-ups (2 hours)
• Organic account growth (2 hours)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours)
• Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through authentic conversations
• Utilize social media platforms to promote coaching programs and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with our client success team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working from home and managing remote teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
• Experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in a remote or online setting

Pay and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
