The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our online chat software, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in real-time. Your primary goal will be to deliver quick, accurate, and personalized assistance that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Creating Relationships: Build rapport with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Encourage customers to explore our clients' products and services.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: Help with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
