Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night and day shifts
- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to strict quality control standards
- Participating in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
- Conducting on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
- Helping to create remedial activity plans and tracking fulfillment of these plans
- Creating review tools for all populations and maintaining information sections on all review tools
- Participating in QM meetings and contributing to the development of quality management guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry operations
Essential Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)
- At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
* RN or LPN clinical record experience
- QM evaluating experience or case management experience
- High level of scrupulousness and attention to detail
