We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions to drive growth and success. Responsibilities
As an Account Strategist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small startups to established businesses, and help them achieve their marketing goals through our suite of digital advertising solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
- Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
- Planning for, and achieving, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
- Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
