Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on arenaflex products, services, and policies, using your knowledge of health care benefits and insurance industry practices to inform and educate our members.
  • Process transactions and update member accounts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries or escalated issues, using your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Utilize arenaflex's computer systems and software applications to navigate and access relevant information, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
