Daily Activities and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions who request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service
- Developing leadership skills through our proprietary Leadership Academy
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

- Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently
- Age: Be at least 18 years old
- Background Check: Pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Education: Hold a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer Service Experience: Have experience in customer service or retail (not required but preferred)
