Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Live Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our delivery drivers and merchants, while also identifying and implementing mitigation tactics to prevent errors and improve our processes. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our delivery drivers and merchants via phone, email, and chat

  • Proactively identify issues and potential failures, and implement mitigation tactics to prevent errors
  • Address merchant and delivery driver issues with empathy and urgency
  • Spearhead and execute workflows that ensure we meet exceptional SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Identify trends and communicate findings to the broader teams to improve our processes
  • Develop a deep expertise in our product, processes, systems, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and process improvements

Requirements

* Fluent in Spanish (required)

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  • High School Diploma minimum; degree a plus
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets
  • Bonus points for:

+ Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce + Experience working in a remote environment + Experience working in a quality assurance or process improvement role

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar industry or with a similar product

  • Experience with workflow management and process improvement
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* $20.00 per hour W2

  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (8am – 6pm EST/CST)
  • 4+ months duration, with strong potential to convert to permanent role
