Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Essential Duties

* Provide exceptional customer support through friendly, professional, and welcoming interactions

  • Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
  • Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
  • Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information as needed
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize online resources to research and verify customer information
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills

Job Requirements

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
  • Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
  • Quiet work space
  • High-speed internet
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish or French)

* Previous customer service experience
