Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our team, where you'll be responsible for managing our master data set and developing reports and visualizations to drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand organizational objectives and prioritize requirements. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing Data: Own the master data set and all that it contains, reviewing and reporting all findings to appropriate parties. Explain the testing of data and the ability to import and process confidential data according to guidelines given. Create reports for customers and internal users that provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement.
• Supporting Data: Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements, as well as initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Make recommendations for improvements and suggest ways to generate sales of existing products by analyzing trends. Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand organizational objectives and prioritize requirements.
• Developing Reports and Visualizations: Create reports and visualizations to drive business growth and improvement, using popular data analysis tools and techniques.
• Analyzing Trends and Insights: Analyze trends and insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for business growth and optimization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1 Year of Experience: As a data analyst or in a related field.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and relay them into easy-to-understand, non-technical language.
• Strong Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in popular data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.

• 2+ Years of Experience: As a data analyst or in a related field.
• Certifications: In data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
